2 teaspoons espresso powder
250ml whole milk
2 medium eggs
125ml oil
250ml cola, reserving the extra 80ml from the can
For the caramel
330ml can of cola, plus the extra 80ml
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
juice of ½ lime (1 tablespoon)
30g unsalted butter
150ml double cream
a pinch of ground cinnamon
